“Koordinasi ini untuk menentukan angka pasti atas kerugian negara,” kata Kajati.
Dalam kasus korupsi perencanaan pembangunan gedung Kanwil Kemenag Aceh tersebut, Jaksa juga menetapkan dua tersangka yakni YD selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) dam HS selaku Direktur Utama PT Supernova sebagai pihak rekanan. Penetapan itu atas bukti-bukti yang didapatkan oleh penyidik.
“Perencanaan pembangunan Kantor Kanwil Kemenag Aceh tahun 2015 dengan nilai kontrak Rp1,1 milliar lebih dengan pagu anggaran Rp1,2 miliar yang bersumber APBN telah menyalahi aturan dan telah terjadi tindak pidana korupsi,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, kasus tersebut ditanggapi Kejari Banda Aceh. Selanjutnya dialihkan ke Kejati Aceh mengingat ruang lingkup dan kesetaraan dalam penangganannya lebih luas. Kejati Aceh juga menyebutkan, pihaknya sudah memeriksa sejumlah saksi termasuk saksi ahli. Namun, belum ada penambahan tersangka.
“Sejumlah saksi sudah kita periksa penyidik, termasuk Kakanwil Kemenag Aceh, namun hingga saat ini belum ada penambahan tersangka,” pungkasnya. (hafiz)
